Our Halal certification is provided by the Halal Board of San Diego a recognized and respected certification authority. The certification process involves a rigorous assessment from sourcing to processing, to guarantee compliance with Halal standards.
Meat is hand slaughtered by Muslim butcher. Each Animal we slaughter we say in the name of Allah ‘Bismillahi Allahu Akbar’. The Animals are fed the normal diet, No Antibiotic, No Animal fat feed and No chemical injects are administered to the Animals. The Animals are fed all naturally grown products that are Food and Drug Administrations (FDA) Approved. Product is also certified in kosher variety. Our Meat is inspected and approved by USDA to ensure that the meat is safe.
